  Food is good for chain food but service is good and plus you get free popcorn.

  Just walked out of the Canton 99. The server at the front desk were rude and I could not stay in there to deal with someone being that rude when we called ahead and got a table for 9 and there was only 8 people in our party. So disappointment with the service.

  Very annoyed as I am sitting in the Togo parking space I've waiting her for 20 mins! I called my order in at 6pm, was told 15 mins for pick up...went to run an errand and arrived at 625pm. Sat in my car until 637 before I realized the white guy who pulled up 10mins after me came got his food and left! I finally got out of my car and went in looking for my food...then I was told it was set for 'pick up' not 'To Go', thus sitting at the register waiting and getting cold...
  Never have I had such a lackluster experience any place I eat but I guess 2017 is a very different than year.

  The last time I went my waitress didn't speak a lick of English and they messed up my meal. They tried to fix it by giving us a discount but we just went to tacobell afterwards.
